Porridge, eggs from the farm up the road, brown bread, and whatever Tomás caught or bought at the pier. Dietary needs: tell us the night before.
The sitting room
A fire from October, a shelf of walking maps, and the only television in the house, which nobody turns on.
The harbour
Forty steps down to the pier. The coast path starts at the slip; the pub is at the other end of it.

Carrickbay is 55 minutes from Shannon by car. The 350 bus stops at the pier; we’ll walk down to meet you if you tell us the time.

Yes. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; after that we charge the first night unless we can re-let the room, which in summer we usually can.
Check-in is 15:00–21:00. Tell us your arrival time in the request and we'll leave the key code and a note; after 21:00 the front door is on the code too.
In the Garden Room and Weir Cottage, yes, at no extra charge. Dogs are welcome in the sitting room and the garden, not in the dining room at breakfast.
Two spaces in the yard, first come first served, and free parking along Harbour Road. The 350 bus stops at the pier.
Porridge, eggs and brown bread are always there; tell us the night before about gluten, dairy or anything else and Maeve will sort it.
Two nights in the rooms and three in the Loft and the Cottage, because a one-night turnover costs us most of a day. In winter, ask: we often say yes.
